Process & Release Emotions with Sige Nagels
Regulärer Preis

Thursday 3rd Dec, 18:30 – 20:30 Uhr
WHAT? This intimate gathering is designed to help you start to understand, process, and release emotions and its intensity from the body.
Your body can heal itself naturally. We consciously activate the natural healing blueprint of the body by processing our emotions.
I help you ''feel what’s really going on'' - Let's open up more in-depth on how this works.
WHO?
Your Host Sige Nagels takes care you are safe and guided through this embodiment process. Sige has been in depth processing emotions since 2022 and guiding people processing emotions in group since 2024.
WHY?
Your specific or familiar emotion may be anger, rage, guilt, shame, blame, loneliness, helplessness, invalidation, resentment, devastation, anxiety, overwhelm, sacrifice, stress, worry, depression, restriction, drift, avoidance, pressure, rejection, abandonment, incapability, not enoughness, unworthyness, self neglect, judgement, distraction ...etc... or the ones written above. That's okay.
Your body is an instrument of your mind. Feelings are the language of the body. When you don't listen and/or process: the body stores this emotional energy as energetical residue in the body until you are able to meet and process it sustanaibly.
You may have experienced that the body makes you listen, even when you might be clueless about why or what is going or what is asked to listen to.
The mind will try to make you believe you can fix your emotions through force, strategy or logic. Habituated behavior covers compensation. Society or unhealthy environments offer rigid structures and patterns either to neglect, compromise or minimize.
You may have discovered that this didn't work out well for you so far.
Because when you start processing your feelings, life really starts to change.
You create a life that finally feels like you. Without losing yourself, drifting, or feeling unsafe. We make a Home For YOU: Not for The Noise of the World
Feel Lost? It’s Time to Come Home… to YOU
This is for you when you
- finally want to get to know yourself in depth
- constantly thinking, analyzing, or trying to figure it all out...
- feel responsible for your emotions
- no longer want to feel like a victim
- no longer want to sabotage your deep desires and longings
- no longer want to be in relationships with people who don't commit
- no longer want to abandon or reject yourself from the pain and hurt
- no longer want to carry the heavyness coming with your emotions
- finally want to know how to process what happens beneath your skin
- no longer want to pass on these patterns onto your children
- want to be the example for others that you needed as a child
- want to (dis)engage from emotional (in)availability
- long to show up in relationships with maturity
- want to build emotional capacity for yourself and loved ones
- deeply long to experience fulfilling, loving & devotional relationships
This is NOT for you when
- distraction and compulsory behavior are a non-negotiable
- pushing down no matter what appeals over learning to be vulnerable
- you prefer to hold on to people you know are unhealthy for you
- running away still feels better than slowly pausing to start to listen
- the pain or hurt hasn't been enough yet, is still bearable
- you tell yourself you can handle it well actually
- you actually believe nothing can be changed really
- you leave responsibility for your emotions to others
- you don't want to question your behavior
- you hold onto blaming or shaming others or situations to make everything change eventually
- sarcasm masks cluelessness, even though you think you understand
sorry, not sorry: I list these as they were my narratives in other times of my life. We don't know what we don't know.
Awaerness versus Embodiment
Processing emotions is a crucial step in the process of identifying and solidifying your authentic self in alignment with Your Body, Mind, Soul, and Heart.
Our body is wise, is always listening and keeps the score.
Not only was our mind conditioned, also our body has been conditioned, by the emotions you are familiarly feeling.
This process prepares you and your partner into emotional maturity so that authentic emotional intimacy can grow life-long intimate relationships.
Awareness only won't alter your life. Awareness means: I see a mountain.
Embodiment means: who I am am while I am on the mountain. How do I behave. What do I do. What do I don't do. Where am I dismissing myself and holding back from my truth.
Once you start processing emotions, life alters beyond anything you could ever imagine. Say bye bye to self-abandonment, self-rejection and emotional justification. We welcome self-realization and self-actualization, trust and safety within. Say hi to your unique authentic self from now on.
I can't wait to share this moment with you and to see the light in your eyes lit on!
With trust and so much love,
Sige Nagels
Embodiment Architect & Transformational Mentor.
