Palo Santo, the "holy wood." These sticks come from Peru, from trees that have fallen naturally and developed their precious oil during decomposition. Nothing is cut down, the wood is harvested respectfully and sustainably.
Its warm, sweet-woody smoke is traditionally used to clear spaces, objects and people of heavy energy, release emotional blockages and make room for good mood, creativity and inspiration. A wonderful companion for your meditation.
How to smudge
Open a window so stagnant energy can leave. Light the stick, let the flame burn for about 20 seconds, then blow it out so the wood smolders. Move the smoke around you, into the corners of the room and over objects you want to cleanse for at least 30 seconds. Afterwards, place the stick in a fireproof bowl, for example ceramic. Never extinguish it with water.
