Health information regarding the courses and workshops offered
Breathwork, Pilates, yoga, and other movement-based classes are suitable and beneficial for most people. Regular practice can lower blood pressure, improve heart rate variability, promote cardiovascular health, reduce stress, increase concentration, increase energy levels, and support emotional balance and personal growth.
People with certain health conditions – including, but not limited to, pregnancy, cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, epilepsy, severe psychological stress, recent surgery, back injuries, joint problems, or glaucoma – should exercise special caution, avoid strenuous practices if necessary, and consult a medical professional beforehand.
Personal responsibility & risks
By purchasing a ticket for our classes and workshops, I confirm that I am fully responsible for my physical and mental well-being and am responsible for my own individual results. I will pay attention to my body's signals and adjust exercises as needed to avoid discomfort or injury. I am aware that injuries may occur during classes and participate at my own risk. I release MOONHUB, all employees, owners, and external coaches from any liability for any discomfort, injuries, or negative consequences that may occur during or after a breathwork, yoga, or coaching session.
Health restrictions
I have informed the coaching team of any health restrictions, injuries, or complaints. If I have any health concerns, I will seek medical advice before participating in the courses.
