Breathwork, Pilates, yoga, and movement-based classes are suitable and beneficial for most people. Regular practice can lower blood pressure, improve heart rate variability, promote cardiovascular health, reduce stress, enhance concentration, increase energy, and support emotional balance and personal growth.
Individuals with certain health conditions – including, but not limited to, pregnancy, cardiovascular issues, respiratory diseases, epilepsy, severe mental disorders, recent surgeries, back injuries, joint problems, or glaucoma – should exercise caution or avoid intensive practices and consult a doctor beforehand.
Personal Responsibility + Risks
By purchasing a ticket for our courses and workshops, I acknowledge that I am fully responsible for my physical and mental well-being and for creating my own outcomes. I will listen to my body and modify exercises as needed to avoid discomfort or injury. I understand that injuries may occur during the class, and I participate at my own risk. I release MOONHUB, all its employees, owners, and external coaches from any liability for any complaints, injuries, or negative outcomes that may occur during or after the breathwork, yoga class, or coaching session.

I have informed the coach about any health limitations, injuries, or complaints. If I have health concerns, I will consult a doctor before participating in the classes.

The coach acts as a mentor and guide with extensive expertise in holistic health coaching, breathwork, and yoga. These sessions support your health and wellness goals but do not replace medical or psychological advice.
