For the moment you begin something new. A New Beginning combines white sage with dragon's blood: white sage is traditionally used to cleanse home, spaces and aura, while dragon's blood, a deep red tree resin, has long been used in rituals to neutralize negative energy.
Together they create a clear, protected space, perfect for consciously starting a fresh chapter.
How to smudge
First set an intention and express gratitude. Open a window so stagnant energy can leave. Light the bundle, let the flame burn for about 20 seconds, then gently blow it out so the smoke rises from the ember. Move the smoke through the room, into the corners and over objects and yourself for about 30 seconds. Afterwards, place the bundle in a ceramic bowl or fireproof vessel. Never extinguish it with water, as this can damage the bundle.
