The Wildflower Collective: Imbolic Rituals
February 1st, 2025
18:30 - 20:15
Embrace the rhythm of nature. Be inspired by the timeless wisdom embedded in the stories, rituals and cyclical passage of the seasons of our ancestors.
Description
With this gathering we celebrate the halfway point between the winter solstice and the spring equinox. This is a circle to awaken our creative drive and imagination and metaphorically plant the seeds for our new ideas and projects for spring.
This is a time of awakening of both nature and spirit. It is a time of preparation to create a fertile garden and a fertile mind for imagining new ideas and solutions. We are part of this mystery of the rebirth of life.
In this women's circle we will learn about the ancient Wheel of the Year and how to celebrate Imbolc, a festival of fertility, hope and renewal.
How does this festival connect with our modern life and what can it teach us about our own feminine energy and the wisdom of our own bodies?
We will explore how we can cultivate our own intentions and aspirations for the coming year – attending to our visions with attention and care as we prepare to create new possibilities.
As always in every circle of the Wildflower Collective, we will spend time grounding and restoring the wild within us by retelling ancient narratives about women, fostering intuition, compassion and creativity, and celebrating the unique qualities and strengths that define femininity.
What to expect
- Learning Healing Stories about the Feminine
- Rituals to promote creativity and imaginative thinking
- Guided meditation and exchange
- writing a diary
What you need for this event
Please bring a diary and wear comfortable clothing if possible.
