Join a dynamic Vinyasa yoga class that seamlessly blends meditation, energizing flows, and invigorating breathing techniques to activate your body and mind for the day ahead. Combining strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, this class offers a holistic experience that promotes both your physical and mental well-being.

Description
Through mindful movements and sequences that create warmth and awareness, you will build a deeper connection to your breath, increase your endurance, and release tension. The class will guide you through an invigorating flow that gradually leads you into deeper stretches and moments of stillness while strengthening your inner focus. You will feel balanced, refreshed, and ready to tackle whatever the day brings.
Whether you're new to yoga or already experienced, this class is suitable for all levels. Several variations and options are offered so you can adapt the practice to your individual needs and abilities.

About Jill
After giving up her dance career due to health issues, Jill found healing and confidence through yoga. Jill is committed to creating an inclusive, accessible environment for all and providing a safe space where students can grow at their own pace. They can explore their limits, face challenges and enjoy a break from everyday stress. "My passion is to make the everyday extraordinary," she says, and she wants to provide each student with a special, transformative experience.
It is important to Jill that her students feel empowered and confident in their own abilities so that they can break free from their self-imposed limitations. In addition to teaching yoga, Jill is a trained sound practitioner and certified breathwork and contrast coach. She uses these techniques to calm the nervous system and deepen the connection to oneself. She tries to make each class different and weave together everything she has learned, combining powerful sequences with moments of stillness and relaxation.

Please note that registrations are binding and the course fees are due even in the event of an unexcused absence.
The course costs will only be refunded in the event of illness or accident and upon presentation of a medical certificate up to 5 days before the event.
