About Francesca
Wild and Grounded
It's all about self-expression! In my classes, I gently guide you into the depths of your body and encourage you to feel the powerful connection between your inner world and the movement of your breath. Through visualization and self-awareness, I invite you to flow with your intention and open up to a deeper dimension of your practice. As a certified 200-hour Hatha yoga teacher and a follower of intuitive, free-flowing movement, I believe in the beauty of moving from the heart. I have also had the honor of sharing this practice with refugees, helping them find moments of peace and playfulness through the healing power of yoga.
