In this guided breathwork session, you are invited to use your breath as a gentle yet powerful tool to reach deeper levels of awareness and self-connection. Through conscious breathing, accompanied by music, sound, energy work, and mindful guidance, your nervous system can regulate itself, stored tension can be released, and your mind can find peace.
The breathwork journey is conducted with presence and compassion – a space where nothing needs to be fixed, achieved, or forced. Everything is allowed to unfold at your own pace. Breathwork thus becomes an inner sanctuary where emotional burdens can be gently released, inner clarity strengthened, and the connection to your own innate wisdom deepened.
This practice can help you with that:

About Ana
Ana is the founder of Asha Soulwork.
She is a breathwork facilitator and spiritual mentor, and accompanies both group and individual sessions.
In her work, she combines conscious breathing with elements of Sound Healing, Reiki, and Kundalini-based practices. Each session follows a specific breathing pattern and is conducted while lying down, accompanied by music and gentle, present guidance.
Ana holds her spaces with depth, compassion, and clarity. Her breathwork journeys are invitations to soften, release stored emotions, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with one's own inner wisdom and wholeness.
For Ana, breathwork is not a tool for self-optimisation, but a way of remembering – beyond conditioning, old stories and perceived limits.
