The next 40 minutes of the course are dedicated to connecting breath and movement, exploring your limits through cool and creative transitions.

Tsitaliya Mircheva is a dedicated, holistic longevity and wellness expert with a passion for nurturing the next generation of women at any age and stage of life.
From a young age, Tsitaliya has been intensely involved in physical fitness—everything from karate to synchronized swimming, hot yoga to running, and everything in between. Her love for movement is reflected in a teaching style that is both strong and graceful, challenging yet grounding. Over the years, her practice has evolved from physical exercise to a more spiritual and holistic approach to well-being and physical health.
In addition to yoga and breathwork, Tsitaliya is currently intensively training in ancient ceremonies and rituals, herbal medicine, and women's health care.
