WELLNESSWEEK
A Starter Kit, Spirituality Starter Set
Regular price
CHF 19.00
Your gentle entry into the world of rituals. This starter set brings together two powerful companions: a piece of rose quartz and a Palo Santo bundle, perfect for beginning your own practice.
Palo Santo, the "holy wood," grows along the South American coast and is traditionally used to cleanse energy and ground you. Rose quartz stands for unconditional love: it is said to heal emotional wounds and fears and to promote love, peace and healing. Carry it with you or place it on your nightstand.
How to smudge with Palo Santo
Open a window for fresh air. Light the stick, let the flame burn for about 20 seconds, then blow it out. Move the smoke through the room, into the corners and over objects you want to cleanse for at least 30 seconds. Afterwards, place the stick in a ceramic bowl or holder. Never extinguish it with water, as this can damage the wood.
Good to know
- Contains: 1 piece of rose quartz and 1 Palo Santo bundle
- Palo Santo from Peru, sustainably harvested
- Each stick can be used 10 to 15 times
- Ideal as a starter, as a gift or to cleanse space and aura
