Your booked appointment is binding and exclusively reserved for you. Since the sessions involve preparation and travel expenses (including travel to Zurich), I ask that you communicate any changes or cancellations as early as possible.
Free cancellation or rescheduling is possible up to 48 hours before the appointment. For short-notice cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows, the full session fee will be charged. All further information can be found here: GTC.
