How to use the aura spray
Whenever you want to ground your energy and regain control.
Close your eyes. Breathe in and out and allow your mind to be fully in the present. Gently shake the bottle to blend the essential oils, then spray two to five times above your head and around you. Breathe in and out and feel the energy shift. Repeat as needed.
You can also use the spray to bring calm and confidence to objects: your pen before an exam, your gear before a competition, or your notes before a presentation.
