Mat Pilates with Imi
Pilates by Imi is a dynamic full-body workout based on the Pilates principles. Discover the joy of mindful movement - we work with your own body weight, small props and light weights to create a strong connection between body and mind.

Description
At the beginning, Imi focuses on the correct technique and breathing to create a solid foundation for your workout . Then, with the help of your own body weight and small props, the deep muscle groups are activated, which strengthens and tones the entire body. The goal is that after an hour, thanks to the mix of low-impact form of movement and cardio, you feel a burning sensation in your muscles, your heart rate is a little faster, and you leave the lesson feeling great. All fitness levels are welcome.

About Imi
My first experience with Pilates was more than five years ago and Pilates has since become a real passion. What started as a personal practice led me to my first outdoor classes, which I taught in small groups at the Josefwiese in Zurich. After training as a certified Pilates Mat instructor at Balanced Body, I had the opportunity to teach classes in beautiful locations such as Siargao, Ibiza and in various studios in Zurich. Movement, body awareness and mental health are very important to me and I am constantly looking for new ways to help others discover the best version of themselves through Pilates.
Besides Pilates, I am an absolute book nerd, speak five languages and love natural wine, acai bowls and swimming in the lake in winter (long before it was trendy!). I am an absolute summer girl, but also an enthusiastic cross-country skier. I love connecting people through sport and exercise.

Please note that registrations are binding and the course fees are due even in the event of an unexcused absence.
The course costs will only be refunded in case of illness or accident and upon presentation of a medical certificate up to 5 days before the event.
