During the class, you move mindfully through gentle, flowing sequences that gradually transition into relaxing yin postures, allowing you to delve deeper into each pose and release pent-up tension. The gentle vibrations of sound healing instruments such as singing bowls or chimes accompany parts of the class and add a special, meditative level to your practice. This combination of traditional yoga practices and modern wellness techniques will help you reduce stress, promote deep relaxation and increase your general well-being.
The class is suitable for all levels, whether you are a beginner or advanced, with different variations and adaptations offered so that you can practice at your own pace and respond to the needs of your body.

About Jill
After giving up her dance career due to health issues, Jill found healing and confidence through yoga. Jill is committed to creating an inclusive, accessible environment for all and providing a safe space where students can grow at their own pace. They can explore their limits, face challenges and enjoy a break from everyday stress. "My passion is to make the everyday extraordinary," she says, and she wants to provide each student with a special, transformative experience.
It is important to Jill that her students feel empowered and confident in their own abilities so that they can break free from their self-imposed limitations. In addition to teaching yoga, Jill is a trained sound practitioner and certified breathwork and contrast coach. She uses these techniques to calm the nervous system and deepen the connection to oneself. She tries to make each class different and weave together everything she has learned, combining powerful sequences with moments of stillness and relaxation.

The course costs will only be refunded in the event of illness or accident and upon presentation of a medical certificate up to 5 days before the event.
