With a mix of breathwork techniques - from soothing to powerful - and a sprinkle of gentle movement, all set to a curated playlist, this class is designed to help you find focus, mental clarity, and emotional balance. Whether you're making it a bi-weekly habit or dropping in when life throws you a curveball, this practice is your go-to for resetting, getting grounded, and feeling more like yourself.
How to prepare: For the best experience, try not to eat for 1-2 hours before the class. Other than that, there’s nothing to prepare. Just come with curiosity and ready to breathe. We invite you to wear something comfortable, bring your water bottle and if you want also your journal.
