A Holy Uplift, Smudge Bundle
Regular price
CHF 19.00
Yerba Santa, the "holy herb." This smudge bundle is made from a herb rich in tradition that has long been burned for protection and cleansing. Its fresh, uplifting scent is said to support emotional balance, clarity and spiritual connection.
Yerba Santa helps you connect with your inner self and set healthy boundaries, a gentle companion when you want to protect yourself and return to you.
How to smudge
First set an intention and express gratitude. Open a window so stagnant energy can leave. Light the bundle, let the flame burn for about 20 seconds, then gently blow it out so the smoke rises from the ember. Move the smoke through the room, into the corners and over objects and yourself for about 30 seconds. Afterwards, place the bundle in a ceramic bowl or fireproof vessel. Never extinguish it with water, as this can damage the bundle.
Good to know
- Contains: Yerba Santa
- Each bundle can be used up to 20 times
- Ideal for protection and clarity, to cleanse space and aura or before a ceremony
