Seasonal Qi Balance with Mounia
Description
In this workshop we will learn the philosophy of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in a gentle and accessible way and connect our bodies with the prevailing energies of each season.
In TCM, each season brings its own impulses and challenges - and that is exactly what we will be addressing this evening. Through a series of gentle, seasonally coordinated exercises, you will learn to let your Qi flow in harmony with the seasons.
We discover techniques for stimulating acupressure points, tapping the meridians and targeted massages to strengthen and harmonize the meridians of the respective season and to strengthen the Wei Qi (defensive Qi).
By paying attention to our bodies, we become more mindful and learn how to find more mental peace. In this way, we find a deeper connection to ourselves and our natural energy - for more balance and well-being in the rhythm of nature.
This evening we start with the current water element.
Register now and be there on November 27th!
